The FLEXO injector stands out from the rest of the ASSO production for its extreme flexibility and versatility.
By simply replacing the head and the relative tip, it is possible to switch over from the typical configuration for injecting slow-solidifying polymers (PP, PE, etc.) to processing fast solidifying polymers (PC, PMMA, etc.).
Among the various adaptations that the FLEXO injector can carry out, there is one where the tip version can be exchanged to the closed head type, which can be beneficial in the case of maintenance interventions on the mould.
