ACCESSORIES FOR INJECTION PRESSES
Socket nozzle with quick purge filter
Whilst printing raw materials, production can stop due to an obstruction of a capillary, being underwater, or in the worst case an injector on a multiple mould.
A filter can overcome this problem.
It can improve plasticisation and homogeneously amalgamate regenerated materials and remove the veins of dyes on printed pieces.
Given the high number of channels (in the 05 series with a 0.5 comb, there are as many as 612) the pressure drop is practically zero.

MOULD ACCESSORIES
Date stamps for plastic and die casting
Date stamps for injection and die casting moulds, made of 1.2083 steel, ground and tempered 48/50 HRC
Air valves
They are used to compensate for the vacuum during the extraction phase in deep cavities or to introduce air.
They are in 1.2083 steel, ground and hardened, with a self-locking nut
Recycling brands
Recycling marks are intended to mark artifacts to facilitate the recognition of the materials to be sent for scrapping.
They are made of 1.2083 steel, hardened 48/50 HRC, ground and correspond to the identification standard DIN ISO 11469
Centering rings
These centering rings are supplied already equipped with two holes for fixing and chamfering, to facilitate entry into the press.
Guides – Wedges
These planes and wedges are used in a variety of technical sliding solutions.
Thanks to the step drilling, they can be cut with a normal mitre saw using even the smallest piece.
Isotherm insulation panels
The ASSO heat-insulating panels prevent the dispersion of heat from the heated moulds and equipment in the machine housing plates. Less electricity is required as the operating temperature is kept more constant.
Electric heaters
Mini tubular heaters
High quality standard heaters to be found at the uppermost in terms of reliability, safety, and performance.
They can be supplied in different lengths, power and sections. Also, with built-in thermocouple (type J).
